A file is prepared immediately after a written instruction is received from the ministry regarding the application of individuals (foreigners) who want to acquire exceptional citizenship of the Republic of Turkey. It is mandatory to include the documents specified in the file. Remuneration receipt (statement) deposited at the finance cashier, extract of civil registry belonging to the first and second degree relatives of the person who made the application (taken by the applied authority), a certificate of identity register copy of the spouse and children or a notarized copy of Turkish translation of similar document is required.

A written instruction is sent to the relevant application authority for foreign individuals who want to acquire the citizenship of the State of the Republic of Turkey through the acquisition of exceptional citizenship through the Ministry of Interior;

A security investigation is requested on whether the person who made the application has a situation that would pose a threat to public security and public order by writing to the Police Department,

As a result of a positive clear examination of these works and transactions, controls are made through the application authorities and a decision is taken and thus sent to the Council of Ministers,

The person acquires the Republic of Turkey citizenship with the positive decision of the Council of Ministers.
